PWB 내층 패턴 및 레이저 비아홀의 자동광학검사기
300 x 450mm 플렉시블 쉬트의 로딩 언로딩 화면입니다.
본 영상은 의학용 센서의 쉬트를 위한것이지만, PWB의 플렉시블 혹은 리지드보드 검사에도 동일하게 적용합니다.
a short video on the autoloader, used for loading flexible plastic sheets (approximately 300x450mm) in this video.
This application is for sheets of medical sensors, but this could just as easily be configured for flex or rigid board inspection.
자동로더의 진공흡입패드는 전체 쉬트를 집어올리도록 설계되어있습니다.
로더 언로더는 간단하게 구성되어 있고, 이 영상에서는 쉬트의 가장자리를 잡고 작업영역으로 옮겨지는것을 볼수 있으며.
작은 알루미늄 부분이 공압으로 작동하여 쉬트를 정열 합니다.
The autoloader suction cups for plastic sheet would be configured to evenly pick up the whole sheet.
We expect that the input sheets will be a simple stack on the shelf.
In the video you can see the sheet being placed on the platen,
and a small piece of aluminum is pneumatically driven against the edge of the sheet to push it against locating pins.
거기에는 쉬트의 반대쪽 외곽 모서리에 2개의 정열핀이 작동합니다.
PWB 검사기나 Laser Driller에서도 같은 방법으로 정열합니다.
화면에서 다섯개의 UV 조명과 다섯개의 카메라는 프레임의 오른쪽에 위치하고 있으며,
쉬트는 전영역을 스캔할때에 좌우 왕복하면서 카메라 밑을 통과합니다.
There are two of these mechanisms on adjacent edges to locate the opposite corner of the sheet.
The PWB panel will be positioned in the same way.
Five UV light sources and five cameras are located on the right side of the frame.
The panel is passed under the cameras in a serpentine pattern to cover the whole sheet.
