RapiTrim automated probe loading

RapiTrim 시스템은 자동으로 프로브를 로드하고 이어서 교정한다. 역 동작으로 프로브 홀더에 언로드 합니다.

The RapiTrim system will load probes automatically, followed by calibration. The reverse action on the probe holder will unload one.

a supplier of advanced laser materials processing, inspection, and test systems today announced the shipment of a unique UV laser-based fixtureless trim and test system to India. The system will be used to develop a range of processes for hybrid circuit manufacturing.  The choice of the UV laser allows not only trimming capability for both thick and thin film resistors, but also drilling and cutting of green tape, laminated tapes, and fired ceramic substrates. The customer needed the greatest flexibility possible in a single machine.  We enjoyed the challenge.  The team at PPI has been able to provide a unique combination of the trim and test capabilities of our standard RapiTrim system with the broad micromachining capabilities of our UV laser ProVia systems.” said Anton Kitai, President of Process Photonics.
