레이저 트리머는 다양한 분야를 위하여 많은 응용 프로그램을 제공한다. 본 장비는 하이브리드 회로의 능동 및 수동 트리밍뿐만 아니라, SMD의 기능적인 회로 트리밍에 사용할 수 있다. 이 분야에서 전문적이고 기능적인 조건에서 SMD 회로를 트리밍하는데 있어서 많은 경험을 가지고 있다. 장비는 대부분의 사용자 정의 처리와 레이저 트림으로 근접, 압력, 광, 온도 등의 센서 제조를 위한 물리적 조건을 제공하여 맞춤형으로 구성할 수 있다.

Laser trimmer for many different applications with the ALS300GM, AUREL, we provide a versatile laser trimmer for many different applications. The system can be used for active and passive trimming of hybrid circuits as well as for functional trimming of SMD circuits. We really specialize in this field and have a lot of experience with trimming SMD circuits under functional conditions. Most systems have to be custom tailored for handling and providing the phisical conditions for the sensors, like proximity, pressure, optical, temperature or other while trimmed with the laser beam.

 

장비의 주요 용도 : 후막 및 박막 하이브리드 회로의 Active 저항 트리밍, Passive 칩 저항 (SMT PCB기판 및 고분자 저항), 실리콘 웨이퍼의 스크라이빙 / 홈 가공의 트리밍.

Main applications: functional & ohmical trimming of thick film & thin film hybrid circuits, trimming of chip resistors (SMT PCB & Polymeric resistors), scribing/grooving of silicon wafer.
