RapiTrim^TM 시스템은 하이브리드 회로와 임베디드 수동소자를 위하여 프로브 카드가 없이 양산공정에서 트림과 테스트를 수행한다. 

RapiTrim^TM systems enable volume production trim and test using flying probe technology for advanced hybrid circuits and embedded passives.

특허등록된 기술을 사용함으로써, 고정된 프로브 카드의 한계가 없어졌다. 설계 레이아웃에 대한 제한이 없고, 프로브 카드 제작을 기다리는 작업 지연이 없다.

Through the use of proprietary fixtureless technology, probe cards and their inherent limitations are eliminated.  Restrictions on design layout are lifted, and operational delays waiting for probe cards are removed.

회로 설계자는 더 이상 프로브 카드 설계에서 적용크기 및 밀도에 의해 제한받지 않는다. 

Circuit designers are no longer limited by the practical size and density of probe card designs:

- 회로는 기판 자체만큼 클 수 있다. Circuits can be as large as the substrate itself

- 고밀도 디자인을 손쉽게 측정 할 수 있다. 이전에는 다중 프로브 카드를 사용하였고, 또한, 다중 패스가 필요했다. Probing of dense designs is effortless - this previously required multiple passes with multiple probe cards

- 4개의 독립적인 플라잉 프로브 - 모든 구성 요소 위치, 크기, 방향 및 레이아웃을 수용 할 수 있다. Four independent flying probes any component location, size, orientation and layout can be accommodated

 

RapiTrim 시스템은 독립형 테스터로 작동하여 ROI를 향상시킬 수 있다. RapiTrim systems can function as stand-alone testers, improving ROI.

하이브리드 회로 용 RapiTrim-C^TM과 풀 사이즈 PCB 패널 용 대형 포맷 RapiTrim의 두 가지 형식이 있다. RapiTrim과 RapiTrim-C는 모두 완전 자동화 옵션을 가지고 있다. Two machine formats are available, the RapiTrim-C^TM for hybrid circuits, and the large format RapiTrim for full-size PCB panels. Both the RapiTrim and RapiTrim-C have the option for full automation.

또한 두 시스템은 동일한 고 신뢰성 IR 파이버 레이저 또는 박막 가공을위한 선택적 녹색 레이저 (532nm) 또는 다양한 재료의 박막 트리밍 또는 일반 드릴링 및 절단 기능을 위한 UV 레이저 (355nm)를 사용한다. Further, both systems use the same high reliability IR fiber laser, or an optional green laser (532nm) for thin film processing or UV laser (355nm) for thin film trimming or general drilling and cutting capability in a variety of materials.

자동 프로브 팁 교체장치 Automated probe tip changing

프로브 팁을 변경할 필요가 있을 때마다 현재 세트 (하나 또는 모두)를 빈 홀더로 내리고 인접한 홀더에서 새로운 팁을 로드 할 수 있다. 프로브는 자동으로 보정되고 사용자가 직접 처리하지 않고 트리밍을 재개 할 수 있다.

Anytime a change in probe tips is required, the current set (one or all) can be unloaded into an empty holder and fresh tips loaded from an adjacent holder.  Probes are automatically calibrated and trimming can resume, all without operator handling.

 

바코드, 2차원 매트릭스 코드 판독기 Barcode or 2-D matrix code reading

      패널 식별에 사용되며, 수동 또는 자동으로 수행 할 수 있다.

Used for panel identification, and can be manual or automated.

 

자동 파일 검색과 작업 생성을 통한 네트워킹 소프트웨어 

Networking software with automatic file retrieval and job creation

- 시스템은 복합 OCR 또는 바코드를 사용하여 패널 ID를 읽고 시스템이나 네트워크의 파일에서 적절한 작업을 로드하는 복합 판 트레이를 수용 할 수 있다. The system can even accommodate a tray of mixed panels, using optional OCR or barcode to read panel ID and load the appropriate job from files on the system or network.
